The telecoms company can't generate profitable growth and its German business is dragging down the rest.

The main news from Vodafone’s (VOD) results is that the approval processes for their transactions in the UK and Italy are “nearing conclusion”. In most other respects, the figures show no change from the recent past, which has been characterised by slow growth and an underperforming German business.
