Well, that worked well. A year ago, we halved the Ideas of the Year roster to 25, thought a little harder about the themes that might succeed, and doubled down on our best-performing selection of 2023.
The result was a 26 per cent average total return for our 25 selections, and a 46.6 per cent bump from our highlights, thanks in large part to a 169 per cent sterling-denominated return from our Global Giant pick, Nvidia (US:NVDA). We may have finally redeemed our 2022 outing.
